We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive who can manage the full spectrum of HR operations. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Laws, be proficient in Excel, and have experience working with biometric attendance systems. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
i. Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, exit formalities, and employee relations
ii. Handle and maintain HR systems, biometric attendance software, and employee databases
iii. Monitor and generate reports for payroll, attendance, and performance using Excel
iv. Ensure compliance with all local labour regulations and statutory
Requirements:
i. Resolve employee grievances, manage disciplinary issues, and conduct regular staff engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
ii. Conduct in-house training, orientation sessions, and ensure alignment with company policies.
iii. Build a positive work environment and maintain effective communication across all levels.
