EF & Associates Ghana Limited is seeking to employ qualified and talented individuals for the position of an HR Executive. The ideal candidate is preferably a Male HR Executive with a certificate from CIHRM – Ghana.

Individuals passionate about human resource and seeking to elevate their career are encouraged to send an application.

Qualification

·       Candidate will perform several administrative tasks.

·       Candidate will support management and CEO in managing human resource available in the facility

·       Candidate will serve as a bridge between employee and stakeholders

Requirement

·       Certificate from CIHRM – Ghana

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or other related fields

·       Proven experience working as an HR Officer, HR Executive or equivalent

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Good writing and reporting skills

·       Good time management skills and ability to deliver under pressure
