St. Agnes Brainy School is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Principal. The successful candidate should have at least 5+ years of education, 2+ years of leadership, and a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education or a related field. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Qualifications

·       Master's Degree in Education or a related field (M.Ed., M.Phil., M.Sc. or equivalent).

·       Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or recognised teaching qualification/licence.

·       Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership, School Administration or International Education are an advantage.

Professional Experience & Requirements

·       5+ years education, 2+ in leadership

·       Principal/Headteacher-level experience

·       Cambridge International expertise (Primary essential; Lower Secondary & IGCSE a plus)

·       Strategic curriculum leader, team mentor

·       Integrity, professionalism, academic excellence

·       Evidence of previous achievement

·       Open to innovation and accepts challenges

·       Valid reference from credible sources
