The ideal candidate will provide front desk services, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment. The receptionist role involves handling inbound calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings, and performing general office duties. The receptionist will also coordinate communication/activities between different departments and employees and assist the HR Manager with administrative/support work. Qualification
· Proven work experience in front desk duties, administrative assistance, personal assistance, and office management
· Certification in Communication, Administration, Management, or an equivalent related field
· Communicates and interacts with others in a professional and responsible manner
· Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint)
· Proficient in the use of office equipment such as printers, photocopier machines, and others
