Matlyn Security Systems, is seeking the services of a highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, quailed and experienced individual for the Office Administrator position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and managing office functions, processing financial transactions and ensuring the smooth running of office activities. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting proficiency, organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for processing receipts, sales invoices and payments.

·       The candidate will be responsible for issuing checks and making deposits

·       The candidate will manage accounts payable and receivable

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing basic transactions and financial reports

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing data and information for financial reporting

·       The candidate must maintain office supplies and ensure efficient office functionality

·       The candidate will be responsible for filing documents and managing correspondence

·       The candidate will be responsible for handling PYE and VAT returns filling

Qualification

·       Strong proficiency in accounting principles and financial transactions

·       Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients and vendors

·       Attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle financial data and documents

·       Strong  time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently

·       Customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and visitors
