We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with a strong administration background to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key Responsibilities:
i. Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
ii. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
iii. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
iv. Handle confidential information with discretion
v. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the COO
vi. Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for business trips
vii. Support with project follow-ups and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
ii. Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or PA role (preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment)
iii. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
iv. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
v. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
vi. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
vii. High level of professionalism and confidentiality
