Maxinet Broadband is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through field sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the company’s subscriber base. The ideal candidate must have a strong hunter mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for closing deals. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will identify and pursue new sales leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
ii. The candidate will present and promote Maxinet’s broadband packages to prospective clients (individuals and businesses).
iii. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
iv. The candidate must achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
v. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
vi. The candidate will represent Maxinet at activations, exhibitions, and community events.
vii. The candidate will collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
Qualification
i. Proven sales experience in Telecoms, ISPs, or related sectors is an advantage.
ii. Minimum of a Diploma or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field.
iii. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
iv. Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
v. Familiarity with local markets and customer segments in assigned territory.
vi. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
vii. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
