Cape May Properties Gh is seeking a highly professional and customer-centric Customer Liaison & After-Sales Executive to support our buyers throughout their journey from initial engagement to post-purchase service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Liaison
i. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing property buyers.
ii. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships throughout the sales and occupancy journey.
iii. Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
After-Sales Service
i. Manage all post-purchase interactions, including
ii. documentation clarification, payment schedule guidance, and handover preparations.
iii. Support clients through snagging, inspection, and unit handover processes.
iv. Address and resolve post-handover concerns such as maintenance requests, defect reporting, and warranty follow-ups.
v. Monitor and maintain a high standard of customer service across all client touchpoints.
Requirements
i. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
ii. Minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate customer service, after-sales management, or client relations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to remain calm, solution-oriented, and professional at all times.
iii. Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
