Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person
· The candidate will provide accurate information about products or services
· The candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through troubleshooting steps if they encounter issues
· The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and providing solutions
· The candidate will assist the customer with order placement, modifications, or cancellations
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or equivalent
· Be friendly, professional and customer-oriented
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
· A keen eye for detail
· Excellent customer service skills
