The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to clients from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate must ensure all client needs are met and issues resolved promptly and professionally. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
· The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints by identifying issues, proposing solutions and following up to ensure the resolution.
· The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting with onboarding new customers and educating them about Tengo's products and services.
· The candidate will be responsible for providing basic troubleshooting support for customers using Tendo’s products and services.
· The candidate will be responsible for providing escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
· The candidate will provide feedback to the management team on recurring issues and areas of improvement.
· The candidate will work closely with the Customer success and product teams to improve customer experiences.
· The candidate will be responsible for participating in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication or a related field
· Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in using CRM tools
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
