We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented retail assistant to join our team at Caveman Watches. Your primary focus will be assisting customers in selecting the perfect timepiece, providing product information, ensuring a memorable shopping experience with exceptional customer service, driving sales and representing our brand with professionalism. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with watch selection.
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom.
· The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
· The candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately via the POS system Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualification
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, communication and any related field. Proven experience in retail sales
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse customers.
· Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
· Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
