Job Summary
We are a Technology service provider that combines telecommunication services and other technology solutions to provide a pool of products for small, medium and enterprise businesses. We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales performance, foster strong customer relationships and coordinate seamlessly with Marketing research on lead generations.

Responsibilities:
•  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
•  Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
•  Analyze sales performance data and provide coaching and guidance
•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts
•  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:
•  Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
•  Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
•  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
•  Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
•  Must be able to drive and have a valid driver license (MANDATORY)

Nice to Have:
•  Experience with sales software and CRM systems
•  Knowledge of sales analytics and performance metrics
•  Certification in sales management or a related field (e.g., Certified Sales Manager)
