Haven Travels is seeking to employ qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Sales and Marketing officer. The ideal candidate must have a first Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
Responsibilities
· Candidates will provide support and assistance to clients and customers
· Candidates must ensure the satisfaction of clients and customers on every dispute or concern they raise
· Candidate must be able to achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
· 2 years of proven experience working as a Sales and Marketing officer, Human Resource Officer or similar role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to collaborate with other staff to complete targets and also work independently to get tasks done.
· Good knowledge in ticketing is an added advantage
· Good knowledge of digital marketing tools
