Events Resource Africa is seeking the services of a creative, digitally savvy and proactive individual qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, promote our facilities and services, generate customer interest and manage enquiries across our business. The successful candidate will manage and grow our social media platforms and create engaging content. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
What You'll Do
· Manage and grow our social media platforms
· Create engaging content: photography, video, event coverage and promotional posts
· Promote our venues, tent rental services and apartment portfolio
· Manage online apartment listings, including Airbnb
· Respond to social media and digital enquiries promptly and professionally
· Capture, qualify and channel enquiries to departmental managers for conversion
· Run digital ad campaigns and monitor engagement and performance
What You Bring
· Experience in digital marketing and social media management
· Strong photography, videography and content creation skills
· Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
· Creative, organised, proactive and commercially minded
