Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officers to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with customers. Sales Officers will work closely with the Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement partnership plans to secure partners, agents, and distributors.
• Conduct business negotiations to establish and maintain successful collaborations.
• Achieve channel sales targets and manage daily channel operations.
• Research and provide market feedback.
• Develop and execute marketing plans in the assigned area
Qualifications Required & Experience:
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields; experienced candidates without the degree are welcome to apply.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, with a preference for high performers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Market analysis and customer service capabilities.
• Responsible, team-oriented, and able to handle work pressure.
• Candidates living in Kumasi preferred
