Fkva Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Business Development Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the institutional liability base through the sourcing of deposits for new bookings. The ideal candidate must be ready to comply with and live up to the organization’s ideals and core values. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will be responsible for growing the institutional liability base through the sourcing of deposits from new bookings.

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for opening profitable non-borrowing

    iii.          accounts.

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for liability products and deposit-related services.

     v.          The candidate will provide support to other departments on liability products as needed.

   vi.          The candidate will be responsible for cross-selling complementary financial products to existing clients.

Qualification

       i.          Minimum two (2) years of financial services experience

     ii.          An undergraduate Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, related to a business field such as commerce/marketing,/Accounting

    iii.          Self-starter with and ability to achieve corporate goals.

   iv.          Ready to comply with and live by the organization's ideals and core values
