Job Summary

You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be key in successfully carrying out your responsibilities. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position.

Job Description:

       i.          Organized to the core: You manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups with military precision.

     ii.          Digitally savvy: Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, Canva, AI tools like ChatGPT, and CRMs.

    iii.          Proactive: You anticipate needs, don’t wait to be told, and solve problems independently.

   iv.          Professional communicator: You know how to speak and write with clarity and confidence.

     v.          Smart & resourceful: You can research, figure things out, and make sound decisions when no one’s watching.

   vi.          Emotionally intelligent: You know how to handle pressure, resolve conflict, and stay cool when others might fold.

  vii.          Tech-forward: You love using digital solutions to streamline processes and increase productivity.

viii.          A self-starter: You don’t need micromanaging. You ask the right questions, stay accountable, and bring results.

   ix.          Flexible: You can adapt to a growing, international business and are open to working evenings or weekends when needed.

     x.          Managing an ever-evolving calendar and setting appointments

   xi.          Responding to inquiries professionally (email, WhatsApp, calls)

  xii.          Preparing documents, presentations, and digital materials

xiii.          Organizing business meetings, team check-ins, and to-do lists

xiv.          Supporting special projects, events, and launches in Accra

 xv.          Conducting online research, sourcing suppliers, and local vendors

xvi.          Tracking tasks and ensuring deadlines are met

xvii.          Assisting with recruitment, staff coordination, and communications

xviii.          Coordinating with U.S. and Ghanaian contacts and vendors

xix.          Supporting me in both personal and professional matters

Bonus Points If You Have

       i.          Previous EA/Admin experience with a busy executive or entrepreneur

     ii.          Experience supporting a CEO, managing multiple businesses or departments

    iii.          Familiarity with marketing tools, social media scheduling, or content creation

   iv.          Experience in hospitality, real estate, or startup culture

     v.          Driver’s license and/or comfort running in-town errands (optional)
