The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. Responsibilities
i. Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
ii. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
iii. Coordinate and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director
iv. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the Managing Director
Qualification
i. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
ii. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
iii. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
iv. Practice with a strong sense of initiative and ability to anticipate needs
v. Keenly interested in staying updated on industry trends and developments
