POSITION
FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Position Summary:
The Fundraising and Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing donor funding to support programs and institutional growth. The role involves donor engagement, proposal writing, and organizing fundraising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Design and implement fundraising strategies.
ii. Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
iii. Write and submit grant proposals, LOIS, and donor reports. Plan donor events and fundraising campaigns.
iv. Track donations and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Requirements:
i. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Business,
ii. Nonprofit Management, or related fields.
iii. Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations.
iv. Proven track record in proposal development, grant writing, fundraising & donor reporting.
v. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with project management tools is an added advantage.

vii. Training in donor database/CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomerang, Blackbaud)
