Greater Care International School is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a nursery teacher. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of preschool teachers and students. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position,

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will lead and manage a team of preschool teachers and students

·       Candidate will develop and implement curriculum and educational programs

·       Candidate must ensure a positive and inclusive school culture is implemented

·       Candidate must communicate effectively with parents and guardians

·       Candidate must ensure safety and regulatory standards are complied with

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

·       3 years of proven experience in a preschool leadership role

·       Proven track record of implementing the Cambridge/UK Early years curriculum

·       Good team management and leadership skills with a proven record of success

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
