Libi Homes, a leading real estate development company delivering premium residential projects across prime locations in Accra, seeks the services of qualified, passionate, hardworking individuals for the Graphic Designer position. The ideal candidate will design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media, brochures, email newsletters, website assets, and other event material. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Overview

They seek a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually engaging content that aligns with Libi Homes’ brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and experience creating digital and print materials, including social media graphics, brochures, promotional materials, and website assets.

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media, brochures, email newsletters, website assets, and event materials.

·       The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to create visuals that effectively communicate Libi Homes’ brand and support our project goals.

·       The candidate must ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms and materials.

·       The candidate will create print designs for billboards, banners, and other promotional materials for events and real estate projects.

·       The candidate will manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

·       Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital and print platforms

·       Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)

·       Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques

·       Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualification

·       Experience in real estate or related industries

·       Photography or videography skills

·       Basic knowledge of UI/UX design
