Docutech is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of an IT Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installations, and maintenance for office equipment such as printers and photocopiers. The successful candidate should be service-oriented, organized, and responsive with a strong focus on time issues resolution and customer satisfaction. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Provide support to users for hardware, software, and network issues

     ii.          Install, configure, and update the operating system and software applications

    iii.          Set up and maintain computers and other equipment

   iv.          Monitor network performance and escalate issues when necessary

     v.          Provide training and technical guidance to end users when needed

Qualification

       i.          HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

     ii.          At least 2 years of experience in IT support or equipment servicing

    iii.          Hands-on experience with servicing production machines and office equipment is an added advantage

   iv.          Proven experience in IT support or technical servicing (experience with printers and copiers is a strong advantage)
