Clean Eats is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Sales and Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to increase in-store sales, customer retention, and foot traffic at each outlet. Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing
· Three years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
· Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Duties
· Develop and implement strategies to increase in-store sales, customer retention, and foot traffic at each outlet.
· Plan, design, and oversee marketing campaigns that include social media, local advertising, in-store promotions, and loyalty programs.
· Develop initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and engagement, including feedback programs, community events, and outreach.
· Monitor, analyze, and leverage current social media trends, emerging digital marketing practices, and platform algorithms to create engaging content and campaigns that increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales.
