Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical

skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and other

team members.

You will be responsible for supporting the conceptualizing, designing, and

overseeing the construction of various architectural projects from inception to

completion.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

       i.          Create detailed architectural plans, shop drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit software and other design tools.

     ii.          Conduct site visits and provide feedback to the project manager.

    iii.          Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulations.

   iv.          Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

     v.          Assist with design coordination using AutoCAD and Revit.

   vi.          Report to the project manager.

  vii.          Participate in Value Engineering exercises.

viii.          Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day designs and construction activities.

Qualifications

       i.          Minimum 5 years of Architectural experience post-qualification

     ii.          Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

    iii.          Must have some field experience

   iv.          Excellent technical drawing skills

     v.          Proficient in MS Office and programs such as AutoCAD (Revit is an added advantage)

   vi.          Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  vii.          Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations

viii.          Excellent creative and visualization skills

   ix.          Attention to detail
