Royal Kingdom Estate is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will create compelling graphics for (social media, website, ads, and presentations). The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

·       Create compelling graphics for (social media, website, ads, and presentations).

·       Develop branding materials including flyers, brochures, billboards, and corporate assets.

·       Design layouts that communicate premium real estate value and aesthetics.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and campaign execution.

·       Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual outputs.

·       Deliver polished, high-quality designs within deadlines.

·       Stay up to date on design trends and tools.

·       Create motion graphics for digital campaigns.

Requirements

·       3+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.

·       Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital design work.

·       Proficiency in design principles (layout, typography, color theory).

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills.

·       Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.

Technical Skills

·       Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

·       Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, and branding.

·       Knowledge of print and digital design specifications.

·       Familiarity with Al design tools and workflows.
