A logistics solution company in Accra is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics and Procurement Sales Officer with a strong background in printing, design, and promotional merchandise to join its team. The successful candidate will identify and target new clients for logistics solutions and procurement services. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Duties And Responsibilities
i. Identify and target new clients for logistics solutions and procurement services.
ii. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
iii. Understand client needs and requirements to develop customized logistics solutions.
iv. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, samples, and quotations tailored to client needs. Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and new product innovations in printing and merchandise.
v. Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline development, and client feedback to management.
vi. Collaborate with the production and design team to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
vii. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and expand professional networks.
Qualifications & Competencies
i. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
ii. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in sales of promotional/gifting items
iii. Strong technical understanding of printing processes, materials, branding, and design formats.
iv. Established network of corporate clients and procurement contacts.
v. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
vi. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite) is a plus.
vii. Highly organized, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
