Bella Ella Hotel & Event Center is seeking the services of qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Kitchen Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing ingredients for meals as directed by cooks or chefs. The ideal candidate must be able to prepare both local and continental dishes, including making breakfast. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will be responsible for assisting in preparing ingredients for meals as directed by cooks or chefs.

     ii.          The candidate must ensure the kitchen and food storage areas are kept clean and sanitized.

    iii.          The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or expired items.

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for plating and garnishing dishes as instructed.

Qualification

       i.          Proven work experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant

     ii.          Excellent cooking skills

    iii.          Good coordination and interpersonal skills

   iv.          A keen eye for detail

     v.          Good time management skills
