We're looking for a Matron who will lead and oversee the entire catering and kitchen operations, ensuring strategic menu planning, optimal inventory control, and strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Catering, Hospitality Management, Home Economics, or a closely related field.
Membership of the Chefs Association of Ghana will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in large- scale culinary or institutional catering operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
