L’Aine Hr is seeking the services of results-oriented, qualified and hardworking individuals for the Business Development Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business leads, marketing the business, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and working with the Business Development and Marketing team to do the same to generate revenue and grow the organization. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Duties
· Proactively identify sales prospects, follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business and conduct business development activities.
· Achieve monthly sales and business development targets for business services.
· Manage multiple client relationships across the business portfolio and ensure the maintenance and growth of these relationships.
· Develop and implement business plans to market business services.
· Develop and execute sales presentations across business services.
· Collaborate with the marketing team and all other departments in the organization to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Person Specification e.g. competencies, knowledge, and experience required
· 3+ years experience and success in a similar position in HR, media, or Service Organization
· Minimum Degree in Business Admin/Marketing or a similar role
· Good understanding of the HR services and market dynamics including consumption methods, user experiences, and platforms
· Ability to organize and coordinate sales and business development process
· Ability to develop business and marketing plans and obtain management and team buy-in
· Good commercial and financial knowledge
· Ability to foster team spirit and synergy across different units
· Ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas, and formulate strategies
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Be able to multitask, result-oriented, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
