Job Summary
To oversee Business Executives (i.e., Sales Agents) and provide excellent and efficient service to clients and stakeholders by managing relationships and prospecting/selling Hollard Life Assurance policies to existing and prospective clients.
Job Description/Requirements
Main Duties & Responsibilities
a) Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets.
b) Implement sales objectives, initiatives, strategies, and programs for the office.
c) Prospect for clients and run presentations on company’s products and services to support business executives in the field.
d) Recruit, train, monitor and manage the performance of business executives, influencers, and other stakeholders.
e) Resolve concerns and complaints of business executives, other allied agents and assist in customer service duties.
f) Improve skills of business executives and support them to become team leaders and sales managers.
g) Effectively manage pay points / selling points and assist with customer service duties.
h) Comply with corporate governance and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Competencies
a) University Degree or Higher National Diploma
b) A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in team/branch management
c) Experience in sales and relationship management skills.
d) Good Business development and management skills
e) Ability to lead and deliver on promise.
f) Good communication skills including writing and presentation skills.
g) Good computer skills especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
