Ideal Air Services Ghana Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in East Legon Hills, Accra. This role is to support our HR operations, recruitment, documentation, and employee welfare. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment and onboarding. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Assist with recruitment & onboarding
ii. Maintain staff files and HR records
iii. Update attendance and leave schedules
iv. Support HR communication & welfare activities
v. Assist with training and performance-related tasks
Requirements
i. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
ii. Good knowledge of basic HR processes
iii. Strong communication, organisation & confidentiality
iv. Proficient in Microsoft Office
v. HR/Admin experience (service/internship) is an advantage
