Job Summary
The Capital Group Ltd is seeking the services of professional, customer-oriented, hardworking and qualified individuals for the Front Desk Officer position. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth communication within the office. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
· The candidate will greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· The candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
· The candidate must maintain a clean and organized reception area.
· The candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
· The candidate will coordinate office supplies and ensure the front desk is well-stocked.
· The candidate will be responsible for supporting internal teams with general office duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
· HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
