Our client is seeking a qualified, passionate and hardworking individual for the position of a personal assistant. The ideal candidate will be the right arm of the company, provide administrative support, schedule meetings, book travels, answer phone calls and many others. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·        Candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support

·        Candidate must be loyal and keep private information confidential

·        Candidate must be willing to learn and multi task effectively

·        Candidate should have adequate skills to manage Human Resource Matters

Qualification

·        HND in Business Administration, Public Relations or a similar field

·        Proven work experience in a relevant field

·        Excellent phone and presentation skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·        Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

·        Good written and verbal communication skills
