Christie Brown Online is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will develop and manage master project timelines and calendars for all seasonal and capsule launches. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Department. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key responsibilities:
i. Project Planning & Coordination
Develop and manage master project timelines and calendars for all seasonal and capsule launches. Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies in collaboration with Creative, Production, Marketing, and Retail teams. Facilitate clear kickoff, check-in, and wrap-up sessions for each project.
ii. Cross-Functional Execution
Serve as the central liaison across departments - Creative, Marketing, Production, Retail, and Finance - ensuring all project components align with launch objectives. Track and manage approvals (e.g., creative concepts, samples, content shoots, packaging, pricing). Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to meet timelines and quality standards.
iii. Budget & Resource Management
Work closely with Finance and Department Leads to develop and monitor project budgets. Anticipate resource gaps and propose efficient solutions including freelancers, external partners, or internal reallocation. Track spend vs. forecast to ensure cost discipline across projects.
iv. Monitoring, Reporting & Risk Management
Maintain up-to-date dashboards or trackers showing project status, bottlenecks, and risks. Anticipate issues before they escalate; recommend course corrections early. Provide weekly and monthly status updates to management on project progress and delivery.
v. Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies in the project lifecycle and propose structural improvements. Build templates and toolkits (launch checklists, reporting formats, supplier trackers) for smoother execution year-on-year.
Ensure institutional learning-post-project reviews, lessons learned, and playbooks.

Qualifications:
i. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
ii. 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in fashion, retail, FMCG, or creative industries.
iii. Proven success in coordinating multiple simultaneous product or campaign launches.
iv. Strong understanding of creative workflows, from product development to marketing rollouts.
v. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
vi. Proficiency in project management tools and Excel/Sheets.
