ICS Africa seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Factory Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dynamic manufacturing facility. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be accountable for overseeing the daily operations of a dynamic manufacturing facility
· The candidate must ensure that production goals are met with efficiency
· The candidate will lead a team of skilled professionals
· The candidate will be responsible for managing the production machinery’s maintenance and optimal performance
· The candidate will be responsible for coordinating material planning and quality control processes
· The candidate will be accountable for CNC press brakes and powder coating processes
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing management role
· Proven experience with CNC plasma cutting is an added advantage
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
