Responsibilities:
• Undertake basic agronomic practices on the farm such as weeding, fertilizer application, pesticide application, watering etc.
• Assist in the installation of irrigation lines
• Assist in repairing broken fence walls around the farm
• Operate or use assigned farm machinery, tools and equipment for work purposes
• Ensure that the farm and surroundings are clean and free from diseases and pest
Requirements:
• Must have hands-on experience in vegetable farming
• Must be willing to learn very fast
• Able to read and write is an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong and energetic
• Must be ready to listen to simple instructions and adhere to them accordingly
