To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication, effective problem-solving, and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced printing environment.
Key Responsibilities
i. Greet and assist clients in-person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
ii. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders with accuracy and professionalism.
iii. Provide product and service information, guiding clients on the best printing solutions.
iv. Manage complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
v. Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of client orders.
vi. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
vii. Support business development by following up with clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
i. HND/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
ii. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a large format printing environment.
iii. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
iv. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
v. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use basic CRM or order management systems.
vi. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
vii. A proactive, customer-first attitude.
