Mobiwave is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Field Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding merchants onto the Mobiwave platform. The ideal candidate will educate them on the product’s benefits, facilitate the registration process and provide support to ensure seamless adoption of the service. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will conduct field visits to engage merchants and promote the Mobiwave platform.

·       The candidate will be responsible for educating merchants on the benefits, security and functionality of Mobiwave’s payment system.

·       The candidate will onboard new merchants by capturing customer details, verifying Ghana cards and taking live pictures for authentication.

·       The candidate will use a Mobiwave-provided mobile device to facilitate merchant registrations.

·       The candidate must ensure proper documentation and compliance with verification procedures through NIA, MTN, and Mobiwave.

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing merchants with training on how to use the service effectively.

·       The candidate will be responsible for addressing and escalating any merchant inquiries or complaints to supervisors for resolution.

Qualification

·       WASSCE/HND in a relevant field

·       Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a field agent or equivalent

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills

·       A keen eye for detail
