Qualification
· Proven work experience in sales management or similar
· Good leadership and team management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
· Good understanding of Ghana’s property laws and regulations
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or other related fields
