WhiteCap is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Sales Officer. The successful candidate will identify and prospect potential customers for WhiteCap’s electric vehicles, battery display, and related solutions. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and prospect potential customers for WhiteCap's electric vehicles, battery display, and related solutions.

·       Promote and sell electric motorcycles and battery-swapping subscriptions to individual and fleet customers.

·       Conduct product demonstrations and test rides to educate customers on benefits and features.

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

·       Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

·       Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications

·       Ability to ride a motorcycle (valid license required).

·       Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

·       Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in automotive, FMCG, or mobility sector).

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
