Royal Savanna Farms is a livestock farm with the sole aim of producing organic farm-fresh meat.
We are searching for a passionate Sales Executive specialising in the distribution of farm-fresh meats to supermarkets, shops, hotels, restaurants, eateries and related establishments. This role requires the professional to be a skilled negotiator leveraging on relationships to develop and grow the brand.
Responsibilities:
o Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the food industry.
o Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as supermarket managers, restaurant owners, and food service providers.
o Identifying sales opportunities and prospecting new clients to expand the customer base.
o Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and freshness of the meats.
o Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with potential buyers to maximise profitability.
o Collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
o Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
o Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a
o 2-3 years’ work experience and must have a strong background in Sales (food industry or related field)
o A valid driver’s license and must own a car
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills
o A deep understanding of the food industry
o A passion for promoting high-quality farm-to-table meat products.
