L’Aine Hr is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Tech Sales Officer position. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption and market growth of Workfly by L’Aine, by leveraging technical expertise, strategic sales methodologies and exceptional client relationship skills. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or another related field. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Responsibilities
· The candidate will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass annual sales targets for Workflow.
· The candidate will identify and evaluate potential markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
· The candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their unique tech needs.
· The candidate will conduct scheduled product demonstrations for prospective clients.
· The candidate will be responsible for collecting and analysing client feedback to refine sales strategies and influence product enhancements.
· The candidate must stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry competitor activities.
· The candidate will manage the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

· The candidate will partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that effectively showcase Workflow’s value proposition.
Personal Specification e.g. competencies, knowledge, experience required Required Skills, Qualification& Competencies
· Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field; Master's degree is an added advantage
· At least 3–5 years of experience in tech sales or HR technology, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
· Strong presentation skills, with a focus on value-based and consultative selling.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to effectively manage priorities and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
