Melc, a reputable company located in Tema, Ghana, is seeking the services of detail-oriented, qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Logistics Officer to oversee and coordinate the supply chain operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing inbound and outbound logistics operations, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating stock movements. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing inbound and outbound logistics operations

·       The candidate will monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock movements

·       The candidate will collaborate with suppliers, transporters and warehouse teams

·       The candidate will be responsible for optimising logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Qualification

·       2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or a related field

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills
