Orange FM is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Accounts Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices. The ideal candidate must be proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and other software. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing incoming and outgoing invoices
ii. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions
iii. The candidate will prepare staff payroll and withholding tax, etc
iv. The candidate will prepare a periodic statement of cash flow, and comprehensive statement, and the financial position
v. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating accounts receivable and payable
vi. The candidate will provide a monthly summary of Bank reconciliation for review to management
Qualification
i. HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant fields
ii. Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar
iii. Proficiency in the use of Accounting software such as QuickBooks and Tally
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v. Good coordination and interpersonal skills
