Dominion University College is seeking the services of a qualified, hardworking, and experienced individual for the position of Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for making ethical judgments and demonstrating integrity, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate must have a master’s degree in business administration, law and finance, or a professional certificate. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Develop comprehensive compliance programs
ii. Conduct compliance audits & monitoring
iii. Manage incident reports & investigations
iv. Ensure regulatory adherence and risk management.
Qualification
i. A master's degree in business administration, law, and finance, or a professional certificate
ii. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a compliance role
iii. In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, relevant laws, and risk management principles
iv. Ethical judgement & integrity
v. Analytical and problem-solving skills
vi. Excellent communication skills

viii. Strong collaborative skills
