Zutron Pharma is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment for both administrative and technical roles. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or postgraduate certification in HR, Labour relations or related fields. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will be responsible for preparing job descriptions, post openings, and lead interview processes

     ii.          The candidate will be responsible for overseeing onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires

    iii.          The candidate will be responsible for implementing performance review systems and appraisal

Qualification

       i.          Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HR, labour relates or other related fields

     ii.          3-5 years of proven work experience on specific HR functions in the pharma/lab industry

    iii.          Good written and verbal communication skills

   iv.          Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

     v.          A keen eye for detail
