HR Marketing seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited university. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate must ensure accurate recordings of financial transactions
· The candidate will be responsible for managing invoice processing
· The candidate will be responsible for implementing financial policies and procedures
· The candidate will handle receivables and payables
· The candidate will be responsible for supporting annual financial audits
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and finance from an accredited university
· Minimum of one year of proven working experience as an Accounts Executive or equivalent
· Good numerical and analytical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and ethical standards
· Working knowledge in QuickBooks will be an added advantage
