Stravise Ghana seeks the services of highly skilled, qualified, motivated, and hardworking individuals for the position of Business Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting and implementing strategic goals for the future. The ideal applicant must be knowledgeable about every aspect of business. As a capable leader, you will offer direction that improves performance while taking the company’s culture into consideration. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will assist the founder and managing director of asset management in executing the unit’s digital transformation plan by reporting accomplishments, areas for improvement, and key performance indicators on a regular basis and working together to create a performance-driven compensation plan to support the company’s growth

·       The candidate oversees a dynamic group of people from asset management, technology, and sales who are tasked with implementing digital initiatives, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and overseeing the integration of innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and client engagement

·       The candidate will implement the asset acquisition plan to increase the current portfolio by utilizing technology and digital channels to draw in a wide spectrum of customers, which increase the amount of assets under management (AUM)

·       Develop a close rapport with current clients by scheduling frequent meetings to review and discuss their asset allocations and financial objectives to improve client retention and satisfaction

·       The candidate will develop and implement a plan to evaluate and reconnect past accounts by utilizing digital technologies to expedite the documentation and communication procedures

Qualification

·       Minimum of a Bachelor of Science or Arts in Business Management or any relevant field

·       Master of Business Administration will be an added advantage

·       Candidate must possess the Ghana Stock Exchange Certificate

·       Proven experience as a business manager in a similar role

·       Proven experience in asset management with a focus on digital transformation, business expansion, and client relationship manage

·       In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, fintech trends, and their application in asset management

·       Leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams in a dynamic environment

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with stakeholders at all levels

·       Familiarity with Ghana’s financial regulatory environment and compliance requirements
