Tiffany Consult is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Customer Services Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person. The candidate must have basic computer skills. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information about products and services.

·       The candidate will assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, payment and refunds.

·       The candidate will keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on customer satisfaction and complaints.

Qualification

·       Minimum of WASSCE

·       Proven work experience as a customer services executive is an added advantage.

·       Basic computer skills

·       Ability to speak at least two local languages

·       Ability to interact with customers from all backgrounds

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Team player

·       Attention to detail
