Dynamic Maritime Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Business Development Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursing new business opportunities, developing and maintain relationships with key clients and implementing strategies to help achieve the company’s sales and revenue goals whiles assisting to keep the office running effectively. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will manage vendor/client contracts, feedback and address any concerns
ii. The candidate will manage the website and social media pages of the company
iii. The candidate will be responsible for representing the organization at conferences, seminars and other job-related programs as applicable
iv. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategic plans to increase business productivity, marketing reach and company operations
v. The candidate will be responsible for conducting strategic research to identify new business development opportunities to pursue for the company.
vi. The candidate will be responsible for stablishing and maintaining effective relationships with existing and new customers via email, phone, and in- person to ensure client retention and acquisition of new client.
vii. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and arranging client events, external and internal meetings, appointments, and conferences.
viii. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
ix. The candidate will be responsible for developing proposals for clients, presentation of pitches for prospective clients, submit, track and providing feedback to management on their status.
x. The candidate will monitor industry trends and market conditions
xi. The candidate will be responsible for providing effective administrative support.
Qualification
i. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
ii. At least 2 years of professional experience
iii. Relevant experience, as BDC in a consulting business is an advantage
iv. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
v. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
vi. Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
vii. Ability to work independently and as part of a team guided by policies and procedures.
viii. Problem-solving ability and negotiation skills
ix. Strong networking skills.
x. Analytical and detail-oriented
xi. Time Management Skill
xii. Knowledge of ISO 9001:15 is a plus
xiii. Microsoft Office Package Proficiency (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
xiv. Must reside within Tema metropolis/Afienya/Ashaiman/Dawenyah
